An international retro 80īs tribute band dedicated to performing the innovative, new wave music from the early days of MTV
Based in the Northeastern Ohio area, NWN decided to pay a proper tribute to the bands of this revolutionary era and began forming in 1997. Now, after hundreds of shows, NWN is continuing to expand with more than 90 songs in their rotation. They offer a growing stage show complete with costumes, multimedia and lighting effects that are presented with flare and a feeling of excess... Just like the eighties.So, if you enjoy the music from bands like DEVO, FLOCK OF SEAGULLS, DURAN DURAN, RICK SPRINGFIELD, THE CARS and many other bands who created the music that dominated the early days of MTV, then NWN is definitely the band to experience!
