Enjoy the original tunes and dance your head off!
Once again, the Porcelain Busdrivers are performing with the front five, along with the trademark Brass section.
The Porcelain Busdrivers (aka PBD) were formed in 1996 in the good ol' city of Jamestown, NY. Once considered a garage band, the PBD slowly graduated to playing for the local community college's rock ensemble course. It was then, after the yearly rock ensemble concert, which they decided to expand their musical knowledge, bolster their song bank, and make a run at becoming a working band. Nine years later, the PBD continue to entertain their ever growing fan base with an eclectic blend of tasty horn-driven dance tunes. With over 120 songs in their song bank, the PBD cover the spectrum with classic rock from the '60's and '70's, retro tunes from the '80s, old school rap, 70's era disco and funk, 90's top forty tunes, along with countless other groove-laden dance favorites to keep you movin'. Now in their 9th year, the PBD have played over 400+ shows in over 100+ venues throughout western New York, northeastern Ohio, and northwest Pennsylvania. The 'Drivers have also had the privilege of playing at HSBC Arena and have played as the band for HIlary Clinton's 1999-2000 senate campaign. The band plays with one simple goal in mind; have fun. Isn't that what music is all about? The PBD have created their own website, maintain a mailing list of over 300 people, and have 7 people who always enjoy rockin' out together. Word!
