Weddings
A $500.00 non-refundable rental fee is required at time of booking to reserve The Ballroom for your wedding. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of your event, a $1,500.00 fee will be charged. This fee reflects that fact that the date was no longer available for other bookings due to your scheduled event. If we are able to re-book the date the cancellation fee will be waived.
The rental fee includes liquor liability, cleaning of the space, and trash removal.
20% Administrative Fee & Tax

The administrative fee is not intended to be a gratuity, and is not distributed as such to the wait staff or any other employees who provide services for your event. Tipping is entirely voluntary and is at the guest’s discretion. If you wish to provide gratuity to the staff, you may do so by writing the amount on a separate “gratuity” line on the bill. All charges and unpaid balances must be paid in full at the completion of your event.
Entertainment
You may arrange for your own entertainment. Management reserves the right to limit the volume of your entertainment to acceptable levels and hours. All entertainment must end no later than midnight.

The removal deadline for all structures/rental items is at the discretion of the Director of Events based on our event schedule, and must be discussed and agreed upon with the Director of Events prior to the submission of the vendor’s certificate of insurance.
